Hey, I’m Tharaka Tennekoon, the founder and chief value creator at Value Matters.
We all create value right throughout this journey we call life; in multiple value domains including professional, recreational, spiritual, financial, social, emotional and personal growth. In our value creation activities (be it a retreat, coaching session or a training), we integrate a strengths-based approach that focuses on individual brilliance and potential. Our core belief is that everyone has a unique value and a powerful value creation potential. Value Matters was founded based on 20 years of global work experience (in corporates, technology, education, NFP, L&D and coaching), multi-cultural exposure living in 2 continents, travel and cultural immersion of over 15 countries, enriching life experiences, exposure and practice of both western and eastern philosophies.
